Moksh (मोक्ष) The Solution: How can we find peace with God? Is it possible to attain Moksh (Moksha)? If so, how? Who can provide it? Our story continues unveiling God’s solution to the problems that plague us all. In this episode, we hear how, through many generations, centuries before his arrival, rishis (sages/saints) had promised the arrival of the one true provider of Mukti (salvation). We also learn what happened when this promised Moksh-giver arrived on Earth.

In telling these stories about Moksh, we are endeavouring to present the truths of the ancient scriptures (specifically the Pavitra Shastra) in a way that is especially meaningful to a South Asian audience. To do so, we have taken inspiration from the Pattachitra style of art and the rich heritage of the Indian sub-continent. At times, we have chosen to depict a historical aspect in a culturally relevant way, rather than exactly how it might have looked in the context into which the Moksh data came (e.g. the wedding scene in this episode). We hope you can appreciate our desire to reflect and honour Hindu culture and that this doesn’t detract from historical accuracy, but rather helps the audience relate to the truths presented.
